Overview
Microsoft have developed an upgrade model for both MCSE and MCSA's alike. The certification structures and required topics have been structured in such a format that both MCSE and MCSA attend the same course or workshop. The only difference is the examination and its speciality. MCSA's prepare for exam 70-292 (Administration and management based) and MCSE's for both exams 70-292 and 70-296 (Planning, design and implementation).
