Overview
Focus is on installing, supporting and administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional in a practical, real-world, cross technology environment. Students will be integrating their client systems into an internetwork consisting of Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, Check Point and many other technologies. This will include cross-medium technology like wireless, cat5 and other routed networks.

Prerequisites
Candidates must have good PC skills, including use of the internet and emails, software and hardware installations like Word, Excel, games, drivers etc and printers, cameras scanners etc. A thorough understanding of networking or systems concepts is required. Good computer literacy is a definate prerequisite. .
