witout the correct configuration and installation of the relevant
client and server operating systems. Once a complete overview
of the operating system has been covered, installation using several

Core Examination: 70-210 (Implementing, administrating
and installing Microsoft Windows 2000 Profesional desktop operating
system).
Elective Examination: 70-215 (Implementing, administrating
and installing Microsoft Windows 2000 server operating systems).
PREREQUISITES
Candidates must have basic PC skills, including use of the internet
and emails, software and hardware installations like Word, Excel,
games, drivers etc and printers, cameras scanners etc. No thorough
understanding of networking or systems concepts are needed but
will be advantageous. Good computer literacy is a definate prerequisite.
