Q. When do I get my Joining Instructions?

A. You will receive joining instructions after we have received your completed booking form


Q. Can you fill in Part 2 of my 1746 and 1748?

A. Yes not a problem! If you fax your 1746 to 01752 548 048 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. we will be happy to complete and return this to you. As for the 1748 this doesn’t need to be completed until your training has finished, so this can be done whilst you are on site at BluescreenIT.


Q. I have a dietary requirement how do I need to inform?

A. There is a section on your booking form called special requirements if you put the dietary requirement in there or just email a member of staff to make us aware, we will be happy to make sure there is something for you to eat while studying with us


Q. I am struggling on my course could I change to an easier course?

A. Not a problem please come see a member of our sales team and they will try to help you in the best way they can


Q. How or where do I book my accommodation?

A. If you are military personnel you need to book your accommodation through HRG. If you are Corporate/Individual looking for accommodation, we do have a couple of hotel choices where we have an agreement in place for corporate rates. Just let us know your accommodation requirements and a quote will be issued.


Q. How do I book a course with BluescreenIT?

A. Once you are happy with your quote and dates discussed, let us know and we will send you a booking form to complete which confirms your place.


Q. What if I am ill or need compassionate leave while I am course?

A. Not a problem just please either ring or email a member of staff to make them aware. We will speak to your instructor to see how much you will miss that day. If you miss out on too much, this could result in you having to re-schedule your course. If you are able to keep up to speed by reading the content we can offer extra one to one assistance after hours if needed.


Q. When do I need to pay for my course costs?

A. The accounts department will invoice you a week before coming on course. This will then need to be paid on the first day of training


Q. Can I have my courseware earlier?

A. Yes but we do ask you to pay a £100 deposit (this is only because we have had people want their books then not come on course. The deposit is to cover courseware costs to prevent this from happening.)
