Overview

This course is based on providing a complete foundation in accepted best practice. It will help representatives see their role in the bigger Information Systems picture and give them a higher level of professionalism in their daily work. The course offers the perfect platform on which to develop further service management knowledge and will ensure that personnel are better coordinated and equipped with the information to be more efficient in their work.

Candidates are able to qualify for the Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) Foundation Certificate in IT service management.

Exam: ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Management (EX0-001)

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites but candidates should have a working knowledge of networks, policy and procedures. The Foundation level is the entry-level qualification, which offers candidates a general awareness of the key elements used in the ITIL lifecycle.
