The IT and Cyber Readiness boot camps is an excellent opportunity for employers to not only recruit digital professionals for your business, but also invest in helping individuals whose livelihoods have been affected by Covid. Together we can create life changing tech career starts as well as supporting individuals in your own workforce upskill and redeploy new skills learnt within your existing organisational structure.

We are running two specifically designed boot camps to upskill recipients underpinned by industry recognised training across the IT and Cyber Security spectrum. Creating a cost effective way for employers to either upskill existing employees living in Devon or Somerset or recruit delegates with up to date knowledge and information in the latest technologies, trained within real world environments.
 
Delegates will exit the boot camps motivated and exposed to industry leading instructor led and e-learning training solutions to ensure a full end to end transition into work.

How it works

1.

Employers of all sizes are welcome to recruit from our rich diverse pool of candidates
from either of our IT or Cyber Security training boot camps.

2.

Our first candidates will be available to start work from 12th March 2021.

3.

Candidates will be trained to CompTIA certification standards along with industry
designed personal development training to make them recruitment ready.

4.

Employers can try before committing with a no cost work placement trial to check they match their requirements.

5.

Employers can recruit for offices commutable from Devon and Somerset or to fill remote worker vacancies outside the region.

6.

Employers can nominate delegates from their own workforce living in Devon or Somerset to use the programme to upskill individuals in IT or Cyber Security.

7.

An opportunity for organisations to retrain and redeploy employees into new digital roles instead of reducing the size of their workforce.

8.

The boot camps offer promising new employees who have been upskilled to take on your digital challenges, improving your productivity and drive business growth.

9.

Employers can also use the boot camps to act as a run way to take off into other National funded programmes such as Kickstart, Apprenticeships and Skills for Support for Redundancy schemes. These can provide continuous support after the boot camps have ended to assist with employment activities.
