Service Leavers or Veterans looking for careers as:
Support Engineer, Desktop Engineer, Computer Administrator, PC Support Analyst or are looking to progress onto further certifications such as the CompTIA Network+ and Security+.

How long is the course?
The course runs over 10 Days, the first week covering hardware and the second week focused on software content.

Troubleshoot and problem solve core service and support challenges while applying best practices for documentation, change management, and scripting
Support basic IT infrastructure and networking
Configure and support PC, mobile and IoT device hardware
Implement basic data backup and recovery methods and apply data storage and management best practices
