Train4Tomorrow Jobs Fair
The first Train4Tomorrow bootcamps are now concluding and to help connect employers with learners from this talent pool we are organising quarterly, free to attend, online jobs fairs for individuals and employers.
What? Online Jobs Fairs focused on Digital and Tech skills for all sectors
When? 20th of April and 14th of July 2021
Why? Life is online right now but you can still connect face to face
This is an opportunity for you to not only approach the companies that you know, but also connect with the companies you don't. Companies will be talking about what they do, what their working environment is like, and what vacancies they have.
Take the time to chat to people, and you may find that your dream job or company is a closer reality than you think
Every time you create a job spec, how many ideal candidates do you think that you lose through a CV filtering process? Sometimes, just by talking to someone, you will be able to get the feel of the individual, and see how they will fit in your organisation.
The Train4Tomorrow Job Fair will let you talk to delegates, who, during this difficult climate have invested in their own skills and successfully completed industry-led intensive bootcamps in the following growth areas: cyber, IT, data science, software development, digital for healthcare, welding, engineering construction, photonics, marine renewables and electrical.
Attending the Jobs Fairs is free, giving you access to host your own virtual table for up to 6 delegates, plus display information about your company and exchange vacancy information and contact details.
Sign up - we are looking forward to seeing you there!
On the hour, running throughout the day, the main stage will host keynotes from the following organisations:
How the event works
The event will run throughout the day, giving delegates the chance to speak to different organisations, and pass their contact information on to apply for roles
Each organisation will have its own booth for up to 6 delegates, and two staff. They are able to show a presentation, or just chat to the delegates, and sell their organisation.
There will be some keynote speakers from around the industry, who will give talks on a range of topics. Each talk will start on the hour, and everyone is able to attend.
A detailed layout of the fair will be sent to delegates beforehand, so that they are able to locate certain companies without a challenge.
